  • Newsletter: your email address and subscription details, to send workshop news and updates only with your consent (Article 6(1)(a)). Newsletter subscriptions are separate from contact enquiries, and you may withdraw consent by using the unsubscribe link in each message.
  • Technical browsing data: information such as IP address, browser, server requests and security data may be processed by technical service providers to deliver, secure and maintain this website, based on security and operational needs (Article 6(1)(f), where applicable).

Fields marked as required in the contact form are needed for us to respond. Newsletter subscription is optional.

4. How long we keep data

  • General enquiries: up to 12 months after the last communication, unless a specific legitimate reason requires a longer period.
  • Customer, quotation and project correspondence: for as long as necessary to manage the relationship and meet any legal obligations.
  • Newsletter: until consent is withdrawn or the subscription is removed, except for data strictly necessary to document consent handling and meet legal obligations.
  • Technical data: for periods necessary for website operation and security, in accordance with applicable provider policies.

5. Third-party content and cookies

The website includes an embedded Google Maps map, an Instagram feed displayed through Behold and resources from external service providers. When these components load, your browser may transmit technical data to those services, which may use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies.

For more information, see the privacy notices of Google, Brevo and Instagram. Any non-essential tracking technologies require a separate technical assessment and appropriate handling.

Subject to the conditions of the GDPR, you may request access to your data, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability or object to processing. Where processing relies on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting earlier lawful processing.

To exercise your rights, email info@mameraguitars.it. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).

We do not use information submitted through our forms for solely automated decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects.
